I was introduced to Tony by my sister during the COVID pandemic, and I truly believe it was one of the best things that happened to me. When I first met Guru Ji , Tony sir ,six years ago, my initial impression was simple: he shared an extraordinary amount of information. It felt overwhelming. Tony helped me to play my favourite sport again at 30 and I still continue to play the sport even at 40, just with simple persistence on his own, he convinced me that I can be active, fit and with no injuries keep my love for the sport going. I had lost all hope with having back aches and being bed ridden for days somany times and very frequently to which he very conveniently said, don't worry your are fine and will be playing in no time, I still can't believe that I managed to make the change very early in my life and I owe my fitness and understanding of the body to him and still excited to play each time I get a chance.

I have known Tony for several years, and during that time he has been my trainer as well as someone with whom I regularly exchange ideas about health, fitness and well-being. Our conversations often give me a fresh perspective on how the body and mind work together. Tony has a deep understanding of the human body and is constantly studying how its potential can be unlocked to overcome both physical and mental challenges. Tony, It’s hard to put into words what you’ve meant to me over the last nine years. We’ve been on this journey together since I was pregnant with Diya, and somewhere along the way you stopped being “just” my trainer and became someone I genuinely look up to. You’ve been my guide through every phase—my health, my fitness, my mindset, and even the days when life felt overwhelming. You’re one of the very few people whose opinion I truly value because I know it always comes from a place of knowledge, honesty, and wanting the absolute best for me. One thing I’ve always admired about you is your endless curiosity. Your hunger to keep learning, growing, and then selflessly sharing that knowledge with everyone around you is incredibly inspiring. You never stop evolving, and you somehow make everyone around you want to become a better version of themselves. Thank you for believing in me even on the days I didn’t believe in myself. I’m Gaurav Nandrajog, a professional Squash player and coach. Back in 2006/07, I got chronic fatigue syndrome, which led to me making regular trips to doctors for check ups. Nothing came of it as I was in the pink of my health on paper, but I felt miserable! Wasn’t being able to recover from tough sessions, muscles had become extremely stiff and sensitive, making even getting out of bed and walking really tough. I got your X-rays done and the doctors said I was fine, but I still felt awful, my whole right side would cramp up every time I took a deep breath, got really bad lower back pain and hyper lordosis and severe loss of muscular shape and strength. Cut to 2 weeks ago, Sept 2018, when I was referred by a client, to my man, Tony! He saw me, did his thang, and assessed all my parameters by looking at my body from all angles and had a look at my X-rays and MRI’s. He made the necessary adjustments, and voila, my neck felt instantly better! The problem was in my spine, it had lost its curve and got scoliosis. Lesson learnt the hard way, but thanks to Tony’s intervention, I’m well on my way to making a full recovery. I have been suffering 10 years with nerve and neck pain. I can honestly say that without Tony's support and guidance I would not be where I am today. He has been relentless in helping me to find out what is causing the problems. During my initial assessment Tony took the time to listen to my complaint and effectively questioned me. This allowed him to relate my current problem to identify its root cause that I have spent the past 5 years introspecting in vain. I had by then visited every doctor name it an ENT, a dentist, a physiotherapist, a GP and was almost even considering seeing a psychiatrist! With all failed results and ample self diagnosis, I met Tony with one hope for a miracle. Which indeed proved to be one right after my 1st session. I was provided with a clear description of my problem and an understanding of how my previous training, and bad posture and aggressive medicating had aggravated my neck. I soon realised that this problem had lain dormant for all those years and was even subtly affecting basic things such as how I walked up stairs, and even at times irritable mood swings. Tony provided me with a clear strategy on what exercises and stretches I needed to do and how my training schedule needed to adapt to allow strengthening of my neck and shoulder. By my 3rd session in as many weeks, I was already feeling better than ever. I can feel the strength and flexibility that has returned which I had almost forgotten and given up on. Not only am I now back at the gym and feeling fit, it has also changed my outlook towards fitness and working out with the right mindset and positive motivation, which at one point I thought would not be possible. Tony’s experience, guidance and expertise have been invaluable and most important in helping looking forward for the rest of my years to come.

I have been playing sports for over major years of my life and competitive golf specifically for about 7 years now and have managed to realise both knee and right elbow has had bothering joint pains the age of 30. I have visited doctors, Physio’s and chiropractors to address the issue. I almost felt weak again.
